Kess_Maj Solutions is an IRS-recognized 501(c)(3) public charity dedicated to supporting homeless and at-risk veterans through housing navigation and referral assistance. Our tax-exempt status has been effective since March 13, 2024.

We operate with clear ethical and legal boundaries. Kess_Maj Solutions does not own, operate, or manage housing. All housing decisions are made independently by third-party providers.

     Our organization operates as part of a hybrid service model. The nonprofit provides mission-driven housing navigation and referral assistance, while any professional coordination services are delivered by legally separate entities under written agreements. Finances, governance, and operations remain independent.

 

Who We Serve

     We serve homeless and housing-insecure veterans in Greensboro, North Carolina who are seeking guidance, structure, and support as they work toward stable housing and long-term independence.

     Our work focuses on veterans who are willing to engage in a coordinated support process that emphasizes accountability, informed choice, and sustainable outcomes. We assist veterans by providing housing navigation, referral coordination, and connections to community-based resources — not temporary solutions.
