Kess_Maj Solutions is an IRS-recognized 501(c)(3) public charity dedicated to strengthening individuals, families, and communities through housing navigation, resource connections, educational support, and community-based initiatives. Our tax-exempt status has been effective since March 13, 2024.

  Our work began with a focus on supporting homeless and housing-insecure veterans as they pursue stable housing and long-term independence. As the needs of our community have grown, our work has expanded to include youth and family initiatives, school-supply assistance, community events, resource distribution, and partnerships that connect residents with valuable services and opportunities.

  We operate with clear ethical and legal boundaries. Kess_Maj Solutions does not own, operate, or manage housing. All housing and placement decisions are made independently by third-party providers.

  Kess_Maj Solutions operates as part of a hybrid service model. The nonprofit provides mission-driven programs, housing navigation, referrals, community outreach, and charitable initiatives. Any professional coordination services are delivered by legally separate entities under written agreements. Finances, governance, and operations remain independent.

Who We Serve

   Kess_Maj Solutions serves veterans, individuals experiencing homelessness or housing insecurity, families in transition, children, youth, and other community members who need access to support, resources, and opportunities.

  Our housing-navigation work continues to focus on homeless and housing-insecure veterans in Greensboro, North Carolina. Our broader community initiatives support local children and families through educational assistance, resource connections, outreach events, and collaborative partnerships.

  We work with individuals who are willing to participate in coordinated support processes that promote accountability, informed choice, stability, and sustainable outcomes.
